CONTESTANTS CONTRACT

By signing below, I hereby certify that: (i) I have received, read and understand the requirements of the pageant I have chosen to compete/participate in any and all activities; (ii) I have received, read and understand the Delegates Rules & Regulations; and (iii) I agree to faithfully abide by all applicable pageant/ events requirements, the Delegates Rules and Regulations, and all other terms and conditions of my participation. I further certify that all the information I provided in connection with my application and in connection with my participation in the pageant is true and correct and complete in all respects. By applying to participate as a contestant in the pageant and all other events, I agree that Forever Hers and Forever Hers, its employees, agents, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, judges and representatives may use, transmit, broadcast, print, social media, sell and distribute any information and images of me in connection with my application and participation in the pageant, including any photographs, videos and other images in whatever form, for any purpose in connection with the promotions, marketing, broadcast and performance of the pageant and any related events before, during and after the pageant season indefinitely. I also understand and agree that my personal information including my images or any images of me may be broadcast and/or published in any format, including print, television, internet and any other forms of social media and communications throughout the world. I hereby represent and affirm that I have not been convicted of any crime, whether designated a felony or misdemeanor, in any state of the United States or in any foreign countries. I hereby authorize Forever Hers to perform background and credit checks on me from time to time. I understand that my participation in the pageant is subject to satisfying all conditions for acceptance and participation as a contestant set forth in the Requirements, Rules and Regulations. I further understand and agree that the decision on my acceptance as a contestant will be made by Forever Hers in its sole and unfettered discretion and not subject to challenge or appeal. I agree that I shall not disparage, defame, libel, slander or interfere with Sophirian Kim; Forever Hers, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, vendors and affiliates; any pageants, events or related activities of Forever Hers or Sophirian Kim, as well as any delegates, sponsors, judges, producers, staff, volunteers, vendors, audience and committee members or anyone connected with the pageants. I understand that my obligations commence upon signing this application and remain in effect before, during and after the pageant. My failure to comply with the requirements and the rules and regulations of the Pageants shall subject me to disqualification from the pageant and forfeiture of any titles, gifts and prizes associated therewith.

 

FOREVER HERSPAGEANT REQUIREMENTS ADDENDUM / DELEGATES RULES & REGULATIONSELIGIBILITY:All contestants must be committed to adhere to all the pageant requirements, qualifications and Rules & Regulations. You must be a naturally born female with a beautiful face and a balance of height and weight. You must be in excellent physical and mental health condition, a good moral character.

 

COSTS OF PARTICIPATION:APPLICATION/ENTRY FEE: $1,000 (NON-REFUNDABLE) which includes use of official pageant sash until day after Pageant. Mandatory Wardrobe to be provided by Delegate as set forth in Delegates Rules & Regulations

 

CATEGORIES OF COMPETITION:All “Miss” Pageants: 1. National Costume 2. Evening Gown. All “Mrs.” Pageants: 1. National Costume 2. Evening Gown: 1. National Costume 2. Evening Gown. FOREVER HERS RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO ADD, CHANGE AND AMEND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS, PAGEANT COMPETITION CATEGORIES AND ANY CHANGES THAT MAY APPLY.

 

PAYMENTS:Payments is due upon submission of the application. Form of Payments: VENMO, ZELLE, PAYPAL, CHECKS made payable to Forever Hers (Any returned checks will be charged a $50 fee) Any and all payments entry fee, services, merchandise, donations and all others are NON- REFUNDABLE.

 

WARDROBE REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED BY EACH DELEGATE:(2) Two Evening Gowns – a competition gown and an all-white floor length gown for the pageant crowning finale. (1) One National Costume – For the National Costume Competition

 

WARDROBE REQUIREMENTS TO BE PROVIDED BY FOREVER HERS:DANCE DRESS $500, SHOES $500, OTHERS $500

 

REHEARSALS:SUNDAY weekly rehearsals are non-mandatory. However, if you wish to attend. You must arrive on time and attend for the entire duration. Non Delegates are not allowed to attend these rehearsals. If you bring guests to the rehearsal. You will be charge $75 per person.

 

NO EXCHANGE AND NO RETURN POLICY:Forever Hers has a full NO EXCHANGE AND NO RETURN POLICY on any show/pageant/event tickets, merchandises and services.

Forever Hers reserves the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to reject any Applications from a prospective applicant and to eliminate any delegate from the pageant at any time for any violation of the Rules and Regulations. Decisions of Forever Hers are final and not subject to appeal.Failure to faithfully comply and adhere to all the Requirements, Rules and Regulations of the pageant will result in your removal, disqualification/ dethronement and in garnishing any gifts, prizes, titles and anything attached herewith. All fee and donations to Forever Hers are non-refundable.
