Sophirian Kim

Sophirian Kim is the owner of Hair Secret Salon & Spa for twenty years.

Sophie began her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 4 years old, door knocking with her dad, mowing lawns, doing the sales for him with limited English, from Cambodia. Being first generation in the USA, she learned work ethic.

At age 10, she started styling hair in her uncle's salon, and by age 12, she had regular clients, charging $5 for guys' haircuts and $7 for girls'. She now owns three properties, three hair salons in Upland, Rancho Cucamonga and Long Beach.

She’s an educator, partners in a beauty school, and helps build employment opportunities. She flips mobile homes, helping upgrade affordable housing and bought 2 homes for her family. She wrote an auto biography "The secret Is Out" to help build peoples confidence in self-esteem. Sophirian is honored to be called “mom” by three amazing children who are 2, 3, and 5 years old. She thrives to be an example for women empowerment.
